Eligibility:
Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline Internships and/or 0-3 years of related experience
Have a strong desire for quality, and attention to detail;
Excellent analytical skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work effectively in a team environment composed of peers and cross-functional members
Judgment skills needed to assess high-risk areas of a system problem, on which to focus efforts Ability to work a variable work schedule;
Ability to be available for a 7x24 on-call rotation
